As Senior Product Designer in Symetria you’ll take a part in very interesting projects and can help other people to develop their skills.

Your skills and experience
- you are experienced in UX and UI design at a senior level or higher,
- you are willing to take charge of a team of UX/UI designers as a mentor/competence leader,
- you know how to bridge the worlds of design, business and user needs,
- you know how to work in Figma, experience in Axure is also welcome,
- you can communicate in English fluently,
- you are ready to work on the most complex projects,
- you have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions – we would like you to conduct UX-PM training,
- at least one of the following is welcome:
- knowledge of UX writing and simple text writing rules,
- experience in agency work/team work,
- ability to create illustrations, icons and UI animations.
Our offer
- salary of PLN 10,000–18,000 net (B2B) / PLN 8,500–15,000 gross (employment contract),

I like doing overtime. Is it Symetria good place for me?
No, it’s not. At Symetria we take care of the work-life balance because we believe that a well-rested employee is a happy employee. We keep that in mind when we plan our work.
Is working remotely possible?
Yes, it is. Our office is in Poznań, Poland, in a beautiful tenement house near Wilson’s Park. However, if you prefer working from home it is also ok for us. It would be great if you could visit us every now and then in the office to drink coffee together or grab a beer after working hours in the nearby pub.
How long does the recruitment process last?
It depends on the position you apply for but after each recruitment stage we come back to you with a reply within 2 weeks.
Do you offer internships?
No, we don’t. You can start your career at Symetria as a Junior UX Specialist and get a contract after you successfully finish your 3-month trial period with us.
